“PRO State” is a prostate wellness Initiative  providing vetted prostate screening and other related health screening services geared at detecting, and providing referral services to prevent or treat prostate cancer.  The PRO State initiative targets primarily African American males who are by far the most vulnerable group impacted by prostate cancer.  Support, Education, Awareness & Resource (SPEAR) Centers is where participants receive a personalized health plan that guides them through the necessary steps of achieving a healthier prostate and an overall healthier lifestyle.
